DTN is seeking a Data Center Specialist to join our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for weather databases, which collect real-time weather data through satellite, telephone and network communications. Primary responsibilities include monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting various types of computer equipment, including mini-computers, servers, satellite and modem communications and network traffic using UNIX and Microsoft products. Shift: overnights and every other weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associate’s Degree in area of technology
• Possess working knowledge of UNIX, Windows and/or other OS
• Excellent technical communication required
• Programming skills a definite plus
