Our on-the-job comprehensive training program will ensure that you can perform the technical requirements of this position with complete confidence. QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor degree in Agriculture or related field required.
• Agriculture background required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Possess the ability to independently analyze problems, identify solutions and act on decisions.
• Effective verbal/written communication skills and leadership skills a must.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, reactionary environment is a must.
