DTN/Meteorlogix is currently seeking individuals who possess a desire to be the best. The primary function of the Sales Specialist will be to sell DTN/Meteorlogix’s Weather Services to new prospects and existing customers, business to business, through inbound and outbound calls. These innovative services include; true location- specific weather graphics and information, future radar capabilities, precipitation timing tools, one-of-kind geospatial systems and real-time weather graphics. The chosen candidates will have a proven ability to exceed sales quotas and strong communications skills. The Weather Sales Specialist sells value, not price. Only individuals who are assertive, high energy, self-directed and results-oriented need apply. Excellent upside potential!!

QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA/BS in business, related field or equivalent work experience required.
• Outbound phone sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proven ability to exceed sales quotas.
• Ability to work in a team environment is an absolute must.
• Ability to manage a high volume of accounts with minimal supervision required.
• A background in Meteorology preferred.
• Knowledge of recreation and turf industries helpful.
• Experience with a customer relationship management software application helpful.
