As vice president of marketing at Meteorlogix, Amy Eggen is
responsible for leading and managing the company’s corporate
marketing activities and operations. Her role includes developing
the
go-to-market strategy and tactics required to execute a comprehensive
marketing plan that generated market awareness, drives customer
acquisition, and positions Meteorlogix as the market leader of
commercial weather services.
Eggen brings a background rich in information technology marketing.
She previously served as director of marketing for Lightning Rod
Software and Innuity, where she defined, developed, and implemented
results-oriented marketing programs to targeted constituencies.
In
addition, Eggen was responsible for the creation of corporate
communications materials, partner marketing strategies, and public
relations initiatives. She also has led various marketing efforts
for Digi
International and Globelle.
Eggen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of
Minnesota’s School of Journalism and Mass Communications in
Minneapolis.
