The latest release of DTN TABS™ makes it easier for suppliers to take quick action to match true market conditions—vital in today’s volatile market. New enhancements to DTN TABS include streamlined allocations setup, historical allocation reporting information, and user alerts.
Using feedback from customers, powerful new product upgrades to DTN TABS make it easier to use DTN TABS than ever before. DTN TABS users can now set up a total monthly volume for product allocations, and the system will automatically calculate daily and weekly volumes. DTN TABS users can also independently control daily, weekly and monthly product allocations as needed to quickly respond to changing market conditions at a specific terminal with just a few keystrokes.
Manage Credit Limits, Product and Exchange Allocations
DTN TABS is a system that helps suppliers manage credit limits and allocations
for customers and trading partners. DTN TABS authorizes or denies a customer
trying to load fuel at the terminal based upon pre-defined controls, which
helps prevent possible credit losses and/or inventory runs. Real-time
loading data from the terminal helps suppliers anticipate product demand
and manage inventory across the country.
Instant access to historical allocation records helps DTN TABS users resolve disputes and improve allocation management. The latest product enhancements help users find specific answers to allocation disputes, such as where an allocation stood during a lift and who changed an allocation at what time and for what reason. Historical load data reporting also helps analysts track contract compliance.
Proactive Alerts
DTN TABS users can now set proactive alerts for both credit and allocation
to notify when an allocation is nearing a specified percentage of exhaustion.
DTN TABS customers can fix potential issues before they become a crisis,
or before an allocation limit is reached. New terminal activity alerts
are sent via email or cell phone to notify customers when there has been
no activity at a terminal within certain time parameters to give warning
of a possible communication failure, product outage or pricing inconsistency
at busy or crucial terminals.
